We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our General Counsel to assist with various legal tasks and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
- Conduct research and analysis, and provide support on various matters as needed
- Develop and implement key legal processes and systems corporate-wide
- Manage the firm's response to subpoenas and provide advice on laws impacting the profession
Qualifications
- J.D from an accredited law school
- 6-8 years of law firm experience preferred, litigation or prior in-house experience a plus
- Admission to state bar in good standing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
