We are a specialist corporate firm in Sydney seeking corporate lawyers that have between 2 – 7 years PQE. Candidates will have to have top-tier (or very solid mid-tier) experience gained in Australia or the UK to join our growing practice. This position provides an opportunity to work with a great team and be involved in high quality, interesting work without the bureaucracy and constraints of a large law firm.
We operate a broad based corporate practice focussed on private equity transactions, regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, fundraising (both debt and equity), strategic investments, insolvency, restructures. Our clients operate in a range of industries including mining, construction, aviation, transport, health, education, consumer goods, IT, gaming and various professional services.
