• Job Description:

- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Legal Advisory in direct and indirect tax law and litigation.
- Review and draft corporate contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Review the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Draft corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
- Developing and leading corporate compliance programs
- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
• Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a TAX lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and writing in English.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
