Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Legal Associate to join our growing legal team. As a key member, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our legal infrastructure keeps pace with business growth and regulatory complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS & IT Services Agreements, Collaboration & Staffing Agreements, NDAs, and Marketing Contracts.
• Advise on cross-border legal and compliance matters, including data protection, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
• Provide legal guidance in contract disputes, dispute resolution, and potential litigation (preferred).
• Assist in managing international contracts, especially within APAC and EU frameworks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's or professional certifications (e.g., Bar Admission) are preferred.
• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus.
• Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience preferred.
