Urgent hiring Corporate Leal Associate for reputed Corporate Law Firm at Pune
Qualification : LLB/ LMS
Experience : 3+ years relevant experience with reputed Law Firms in handling Corporate Clients like Banks, NBFC, IT companies etc. Providing advice to the business teams. Providing legal counsel on general corporate matters to client group companies Drafting, negotiating and facilitating the execution of contracts Liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects.
Salary : Rs.25,000/- to Rs.35,000/
- # Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days.
