Corporate Legal Counsel

We are seeking a legal professional based in Jaipur, India to be part of our mission to redefine how companies prepare for audits, exits, and fundraising.

As a Corporate Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our product and legal operations teams to ensure our platform meets the real-world legal needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting client engagements with tailored gap assessments and compliance readiness reviews.

• Conducting due diligence readiness assessments for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

• Reviewing and organizing key documentation (contracts, IP, compliance policies) for inclusion in virtual data rooms.

• Assisting in onboarding new clients from kickoff calls to guiding them through our platform and checklists.

• Collaborating with our product team to train the AI engine on contract patterns, IP logic, and regulatory red flags.
