Job Title: Corporate Legal Counsel
• Drafts vet and maintains templates for various commercial contracts including vendor agreements service contracts business agreements product license agreements MOUs letters of intent non-disclosure agreements teaming agreements reseller agreements and master services agreements.
• Engages in negotiations with attorneys to finalize legal documentation associated with contracts.
• Overses the maintenance administration of all legal agreements other pertinent documents within the department.
• Provides researched advice to company on matters involving various business laws.
