Experience: (1-2 years)
• Job Description:
- Drafting, vetting and Negotiating contracts/agreement such as NDA, MOU, MSA, SOW, MOU, Collaboration agreement Service Contracts and other potential standard agreements etc.
- Preparing various legal notices/responses. Issuing Notices to the defaulters of the Company. Visiting and following up with defaulters for expediting the recovery for the Company.
- Support the Treasury initiatives, Fundraising documentations for the organization.
- Legal Compliance Management. Institutionalize the Legal document and process digitization.
- Provide commercially relevant, practical and pro-active Legal advice to the Company.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law, Factory law. Corporate Law.
- Experience in legal department of corporate or in law firm. Legal documentation and filing.
- Review and recommend revisions to templates periodically, to reflect new requirements.
- Liaison with statuary authorities. Liaison and coordination with the attorneys, advocates and/or Counsels as and when required.
- Advising and assisting all divisions and departments on various negotiations towards various business initiatives/business transactions etc. in order to resolve contentious/disputed matters.
- Legal Advisory Monitoring legal risk in business documentation and advise accordingly
- Legal compliances
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
