Responsibilities
• Strategic mindset for implementing the new initiatives and prepare processes around it
• Develop and integrate/improve initiatives related to functioning of the distributor Bank's processes that are aligned / beneficial for SUD business.
• Developing and implementing new technologies in Bank's interface and lesioning for enhanced transactional efficiencies.
• Establish activities of customerinitiated sales journey through Mobile and Internet Banking like OTC sales, Reduce TAT and inbankbranch policy servicing, real time data transfers etc.
• Internal stakeholder management including regulatory aspects for serving better outcomes to the Banks
• Benchmarking with other companies and incorporate appropriate practices
Technical Competencies / Specializations
• IT, Operational and regulatory framework of Bank and Life Insurance from distributor standpoint.
• Active Communications development of projects and IT specifications for new initiatives
• Analytical Execution of outreach campaign by conceptualizing of upsell plan for bank ensuring buyin and involvement of Bank
• Analytical Execution of outreach campaign by conceptualizing of upsell plan for bank ensuring buyin and involvement of Bank
• Business Acumen Link new initiatives and projects with Business and ensure the impact with execution
