Job Description
This position typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as experience in marketing, particularly in the healthcare industry. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are also essential.
• Generating opportunities for new corporate engagement and new empanelments
• Ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximise the potential from each connect
• Generating new leads from digital marketing activities
• End to end handling of new network and leads and conversion of potential business
• Developing marketing plans: Create and implement marketing plans that promote the hospital's brand and services.
• Conducting market research: They will conduct market research to understand the needs of their target audience and gather data on their competitors.
• Building brand awareness: The manager will work to build brand awareness and promote the hospital's reputation through various marketing channels such as social media, events, and advertising.
• Developing content: They will create a variety of content including brochures, advertisements, email campaigns, and websites to promote the hospital's services and events.
• Collaborating with corporates : For camps, awareness, health checkups and tie-ups for services
• Managing budgets: The manager will be responsible for managing budgets for marketing initiatives and ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
• Measuring and reporting on results: They will track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: The manager will stay informed on the latest marketing trends and innovations within the healthcare industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
