Corporate MIS Support is responsible for ensuring the secure and stable operations of user devices across the computer network and messaging infrastructure to provide maximum performance and availability of the network resources to end users
This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, optimizing and troubleshooting user hardware and software
MIS Support will also perform some systems administration duties such as troubleshooting end user issues, configuring servers/backups and administering computer accounts
This role may also involve occasional travel, including overnight stays, requiring flexibility in working hours and commitments
