DESIGNATION : Corporate Networking Officer
LEVEL : Officer/ Senior Officer
REPORTING TO : Corporate Networking Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION : The job role consists of him/her promoting the placements of aspirants to various prospective employers through phone and email. He/she is also responsible for preparing all placement related data for team members and placement related analytics along with post placement retention reporting
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help placement team identify recruiters in line with criteria specified and find out key contact person details.
• Administer and provide assistance to all placement reports.
• Promote all placements of undergraduates / graduates to various prospective employers through phone and email.
• Manage and evaluate all student's progress with respect to placements
• Prepare all placements related data for team members
• To determine all placement related requirements and to exchange all information appropriately.
• Help Placement team to organize Guest lectures, Field Visits, New company enrolments, etc.
• Help team to align the interviews for the aspirant.
• Handle backend work like maintaining data of aspirants etc.
• Coordinate with vendor for post placement support and analysis. Handle call audits of calling done on retention related data
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Any graduate.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : Must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
AGE : 23-35 years
WORK SKILLS
-Must be proficient with Excel. Experience into placements (preferred).
-Fluency in English communication.
Good people and process management skills. Communication in local language.
ATTRIBUTES : Organized, team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving attitude.

HOURS OF WORK : 8 hours 6 days a week
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400088, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
