Job Overview

Kanifnath Enterprises seeks an experienced Marketing Assistant Personal Assistant to handle HR-related activities in a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and diary management skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

About the Role

This position involves managing daily administrative tasks, assisting executives with personal and professional matters, and supporting HR functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating communications
- Performing clerical duties such as diary management
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
