Our team specializes in providing top-notch legal support to corporate clients, and we are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our practice and assist in managing complex corporate transactions and compliance matters.
Position Overview: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support attorneys in handling corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on corporate legal matters.
• Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, transactions, and legal proceedings.
• Maintain and update corporate databases and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and document management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with complex corporate transactions or international business law.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Previous experience in a large corporate law firm or in-house legal department.
