About The Role

ACMI is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to support our corporate partnerships team. The primary focus of this role is to facilitate the successful delivery and reporting of corporate partnerships programs, through excellent relationship management, partnership servicing and administrative coordination. You will also support the Corporate Partnerships team to generate and retain a diverse portfolio of corporate partnerships. This role is part time fixed term - 3 days a week until 30 June 2025.

What You'll Bring To The Role

Experience working in a stakeholder management role, with contract management and delivery.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently manage stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex information and data into easy-to-understand reports.
Excellent attention to detail, combined with design skills and creative flair, InDesign experience is preferable.
Strong computer skills including CRM data management and experience developing systems and procedures. Tessitura experience highly advantageous.

What We Offer

Part time fixed term role until 30 June 2025 (0.6 FTE/3 days a week). Grade 3.1 with a starting salary of $74,580 pro rata plus super.
