BGCSPS’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We have been providing a safe, fun, and positive environment at our sites with trained and dedicated professional staff for more than 80 years. Members are involved in age-appropriate activities based upon our three priority outcomes of Academic Success, Character Development, and Healthy Lifestyles.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Corporate Partnerships & Events Manager is a leadership role within the Philanthropy team, responsible for driving over $1.1 million in annual revenue through a combined portfolio of corporate partnerships and fundraising events. This position manages all aspects of our corporate sponsorship and engagement strategy, including cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and volunteer integration; and leads the planning and performance of BGCSPS’s signature fundraising events. The Manager directly supervises the Events Coordinator and works closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to align events and partnerships with the organization’s mission and financial goals.

We are seeking a strategic thinker and relationship-builder—someone who can connect day-to-day execution with long-term growth, and who brings both creativity and accountability to their work. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, is energized by donor engagement, and brings a learning mindset and collaborative leadership style to their team.

While this role is focused on philanthropic revenue, it operates within a strong values-driven culture. The Manager will represent BGCSPS at community and civic events, ensuring that our partnerships and public presence reflect the needs and aspirations of the youth and communities we serve.
