The Starship Foundation is seeking a driven and commercially astute Corporate Partnerships Manager to secure new corporate partners and grow sustainable income to support better health outcomes for children.
This is a pivotal role focused on acquiring and developing strategic, high-value corporate partnerships while managing and growing an existing portfolio.

About the role
Reporting to the Team Lead – Philanthropy and Partnerships, the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead the acquisition and development of bespoke and strategic corporate partnerships. You will proactively identify and qualify opportunities, build and manage a robust new business pipeline, and craft compelling proposals aligned to partner strategies and objectives.
Alongside driving new revenue, you will steward a portfolio of existing partners — ensuring outstanding relationship management, delivery of contractual obligations, and exceptional supporter care.
This role blends commercial acumen with purpose — requiring strategic thinking, creativity, strong negotiation skills, and meticulous relationship management.
About you
You are a relationship builder with a proven ability to secure and grow corporate partnerships. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are motivated by achieving ambitious income targets.
You will bring:
At least 7 years experience in a similar role
Demonstrated success in corporate fundraising, sponsorship, or commercial partnership development
Strong prospecting, pipeline management and negotiation skills
Exceptional proposal writing and presentation ability
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
High-level relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing budgets and delivering against income targets
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
