1. Outbound calling and converting lead into sales.
2. Explaining the customers product features & benefits.
3. Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls.
4. Achieving weekly, monthly, target.

1. Calling the prospect and understanding their queries.
2. Profiling the prospect and follow with them for documents and communicating through various channels via whatsapp/email/sms and in- bound calling.
3. Satisfying customer needs.
4. Minimum 6 months to 1 year share market experience required.
