The Role:
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will find yourself being the company's first point of contact and providing administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people who come to reception and ensure that you are both personable and professional. Tasks need to be done on time and attention to detail is crucial. Due to the nature of the role, it will be completely onsite 5 days a week at our Sydney Head Office in Barangaroo.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception calls and ensure the phone line is covered during business hours
Greet visitors, facilitate their arrival, and offer refreshments
Monitor daily meetings to ensure reception is attended when clients arrive
Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and professional at all times
Maintain kitchen areas: pack/unpack dishwashers, restock snacks and drinks, clean appliances, and manage weekly supplies
Prepare and clean meeting rooms before and after use
Assist with catering setup for meetings and events
Coordinate office social and charity events, including larger functions such as the Christmas Party
Distribute and scan incoming mail
Manage courier bookings and handle packages to/from the mailroom
Provide ad‑hoc support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
Set up workstations for new starters with laptops, access passes, and welcome items
Pick up lunch for the Managing Director as required
Present professionally and maintain excellent communication skills to represent the company
