What this opportunity involves:
As a Corporate Receptionist for a multinational tech client, you will be responsible for Administration and being a primary point of contact for the Facilities operations. The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages.
This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.
A snapshot of the role:
Perform office opening/closing and maintain reception/meeting room appearance
Schedule meetings, check bookings, and coordinate events per SOP
Set up rooms for events and manage weekly pantry supplies
Engage stakeholders as on-site contact for client expectations
Assist GREF management and facilities team during busy periods
Help achieve KPIs/SLAs whilst reducing costs and improving operations
Maintain PO trackers, capture costs, and assist with invoicing
Conduct facilities inspections and raise issues via Corrigo
Report EHS matters and assist with safety procedures
Ensure safe working environment for all

This position is varied and at times hands on. There will be a requirement to interface with members from all levels of the organisation as well as the public. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality or customer service based role
Recent graduate wanting to enter the corporate world
