We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our fantastic Rapport team, based on Regent Street and St James. Our client is a global leading property management company.

The successful candidate will work on a ground floor reception in our ever-growing portfolio. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and collaborative team, focusing on delivering outstanding service and excellence. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to work with different types of customers within a fast-paced environment.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with shifts as per business needs)

Main responsibilities

Acknowledging and treating all guests and customers in a polite and professional manner
Delivering professional high-quality service
Working efficiently and effectively to deliver prompt and reliable service
Anticipating the needs of visitors and building customers
Actioning emails and handling telephone calls in a timely manner
Ensuring an effective and flexible approach at all times
The ideal candidate will
