An opportunity has arisen at Barbagallo, for a part-time Corporate Receptionist.

The position is permanent part time, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays 8.00am - 5.00pm.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience operating a multi-line switchboard and have an excellent telephone manner.

The Role:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Manage a busy multi-line switchboard (approx. 300 calls per day) and ensure calls are directed to appropriate department or individual enquiry.

Take phone messages with strong attention to detail

Assist CRM team with data entry.

Update daily phone register

Co-ordinate daily mail.

Provide administrative assistance to sales staff

Ensure customer café are kept stocked, neat and tidy.

Provide assistance to the Administration team when required.

The successful candidate will have -

At least 1 years' experience as a Corporate Receptionist.

Proven experience managing a multi-line switch board and busy reception area.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer service experience and a willingness to learn.

Work well under pressure and ability to prioritise and multi-task.

Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Immaculate presentation and grooming is absolutely essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Please note there is a mandatory Jaguar Land Rover Global Dress Code applicable to this role which will require you to wear the specified pants, jacket, top, blouse and shoes.
