Corporate Relationship Manager Associate

Your Role and Impact:
• Establish and nurture profitable relationships with potential clients, aligning with the strategic goals of the bank.
• Work closely with clients to maintain credit quality standards, ensuring alignment with the bank's credit culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues across CNB to deliver effective solutions to client needs while promoting a strong network.
• Create customized Relationship Plans and calling schedules to pursue new business opportunities and ensure robust client engagement.
• Engage with clients to discuss comprehensive banking solutions, forecasting financial needs and implementing tailored strategies.
• Negotiate and structure transactions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in community and industry events to represent CNB and enhance network and brand visibility.
• Monitor portfolio quality and risk, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed of competitive products and industry trends to provide clients with the most current solutions.
• Analyze complex credit situations and collaborate with clients to develop effective solutions to minimize risks.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of financial services experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of credit experience.
Additional Skills:
• Strong comprehension of applicable products and services within the corporate client segment.
• Expertise in commercial credit policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, with excellent cross-selling skills.
• Proficient credit analysis and accounting abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and engage effectively in team environments.

Compensation Range: Base salary starting at $87,027 - $138,965 annually, with eligibility for bonuses or commissions.
