The Job Description Is As Below
• Sourcing of new Corporate accounts from the open market for Loan/ credit advancement purpose, obtaining their KYC Documents and other financial papers.
• Corporate products: OD, TL, WCDL, PCFC, LC, BG etc., mainly Bills discounting facilities - Sales, Purchase, Export.
• Managing customer accounts, once on-boarded to Shinhan Bank, Follow up with them for recovery also.
• Liaise with the underwriting / Ops team to ensure tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs in defined TAT
