Job Description:
Acquiring, Retaining and Growing Mentoria's Corporate Partners
Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals through corporate partners
Building a strong corporate brand for Mentoria
Conduct market research / develops prospect base
Draw up strategies to increase customer base to meet given target – month on month
Outgoing & Creative ways of reaching the corporate world to build a sales pipeline
Ability to create innovative Approach/Concept Note & Client Proposals
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long term relationships with customers
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in markets & competitive products & solutions
Education &
Experience:
· Experience range of 3 – 5 years
· Experience in Corporate Sales – B2B (ideally to Owners / Directors & CHRO)
· Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling
