Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target corporate clients, including office buildings, event planners, and large organizations.
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
· Build strong relationships with prospective corporate clients.
· Present and promote our menu offerings, catering services, and special packages to corporate clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the corporate sector.
· Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, targets, and achievements.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and expand the corporate client base.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure repeat business and long-term client relationships.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders and events.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the corporate sales process and client needs.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
