Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential corporate clients, including companies and organizations within target industries and geographic areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized educational solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients. • Building relationships with customers: Sales professionals must build relationships with potential and existing customers by communicating the value of the company's products and services, answering questions, and addressing any concerns..
• Conducting product demos: Sales professionals must be able to demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers. This may involve creating presentations, providing hands-on demonstrations, and answering technical questions.
• Negotiating and closing deals: Sales professionals must be skilled negotiators who can close deals with potential customers. This may involve negotiating pricing, terms, and other details of the sale.,
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with corporate clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Work collaboratively with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies for increasing corporate sales and revenue.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of educational programs and services.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote our educational programs and services to prospective corporate clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective and current corporate clients in our CRM system.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fresher 0 -1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Executive preferably in an educational or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
