This offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our experienced sales team, immersing you in all aspects of generating sales and building brand relationships. Key responsibilities 1. Offline/Retail Sales Exposure: Gain firsthand experience in the world of retail sales, learning customer interaction, product knowledge, and point-of-sale techniques. 2. B2B Lead Generation: Be part of an energetic team focused on acquiring new B2B leads, expanding our brand reach, and cultivating potential partnerships. 3. Institutional Sales Exposure: Get a glimpse into institutional sales, learning about catering to corporate needs and securing bulk orders, particularly relevant as the corporate gifting season approaches in June. Bonus! With Diwali, the biggest gifting season in India, you'll be a part of B2B gifting activity. Who We're Looking For: 1. Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present effectively. 3. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 4. A passion for Ayurveda beauty segment (a plus). 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (essential). 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
