Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving B2B sales by building and converting a strong pipeline of corporate clients. The focus is on acquisition, relationship management, and repeat business—across corporate gifting and bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients across industries including corporates, real estate, automobiles, pharmaceuticals and HORECA.
• Sales Growth & Targets: Own the end-to-end sales cycle and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose customized plant and gifting solutions aligned with their workspace and aesthetic needs.
• Proposal & Presentation: Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to effectively convert business opportunities.
• Market Research & Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Head, Marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance client acquisition and optimize product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Graduation from a reputable institute is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries related to lifestyle products, Home Decor, personal care, gardening, Interiors, Home Appliances or Corporate Gifting.
• Location: Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and close deals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
• Self-motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
