Job Purpose: To build very strong connections with Corporates and source salary accounts
Key Accountability: The key accountability of sales officers is to source quality salary accounts and cross-sell various banking products
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
• Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increased wallet share of our banking products including Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, etc.
• Corporate employee engagement activities
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events
• Resolve salary account-related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to the supervisor
Preferred Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
• Ready to travel and goal-oriented
• Must be a good listener and presenter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Experience and Competencies:
• Deep Banking knowledge
• Good network in the market
• Computer and digital savvy
