Job Description
• Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in Corporate Sales .
• Should have a good knowledge of Reinsurance, exposure to Direct Corporate sales, good business communication skills and should be a team player.
Responsibilities Include
• Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.
• Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
• Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
• Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices.
Education - University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
