#Required Skills:
• Lead generation and creation of effective relationships for Placements Live projects
Maintaining relations with the existing corporate clients as allocated
Responsible for placement/SIP of all eligible students of PGDM Gen/IB/RM.
• Responsible for manage internal stakeholders and work with deans and faculty closely to ensure necessary grooming of students for company specific processes
Responsible for the involvement of placement committee members belonging to his/her allotted section.
• Facilitating corporate and campus interactions:
Work on increasing quality interaction and frequency between corporate and campus
Planning of guest session, activities and enabling grooming for placements for the college as a whole (including all sections/streams) for their respective companies
Developing relations with corporate HR for campus placement of PGDM students and other related activities like organizing Guest lecture /Seminars..
