We, USK Balaji Plast Pvt. Ltd., are the leading thermoforming packaging manufacturer in India. We cater to customers' needs on a global scale. A vast variety of packaging is developed and produced by us for use in the food, medical, cosmetics, electronics, stationery, and other general sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generating business from existing clients and new business leads
2. Promote products, negotiate with clients, and monitor market and competitor activity
3. Project handling which includes coordinating with the concerned department
4. Travel and arrange business meetings
5. Review client feedback, maintain relationships with the client, and overall client handling
6. Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Ability to think creatively, awareness of best sales practices and methods
2. Maintains a business-like appearance that is also outgoing, confident, and professional.
3. Applicants with experience in packaging sales would have an edge.
4. Willing to travel for business meetings
5. Proficiency in English
Qualification: Graduate / MBA–Marketing
Experience: At least 2 years experience in Direct Sales (B2B)
Salary - CTC ranges from 3 LPA to 6 LPA + Performance Incentives
Work Policy:
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Shift Timing: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM
