Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cover the reception area, meet and greet clients, and ensure a seamless experience
Provide excellent administrative support, including data input, printing, and email management
Manage incoming requests from the Secretaries Task box, basic printing, and sending out letters/statements
Post - incoming and outgoing, with attention to detail and logging on Excel
New business spreadsheet/pipeline and printing reports on Excel
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of giving five-star service
Good IT skills and proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
