Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its Financial Institutions Group in ideally the Atlanta, Greenville, or Nashville offices, but also open to Baltimore and Dallas. The team frequently manages SEC filings with minimal supervision, coordinates efficiently with internal team members, clients, auditors, and other advisors, and integrates seamlessly into M&A transactions from a securities and disclosure perspective, exercising strong professional judgment in identifying issues, driving solutions independently, and knowing when to consult with senior team members on complex or high-risk matters.
