Corporate Senior Associate - Up to £+0,000 salary & Full Benefits Package The Role This international firm boasts a strong reputation across the whole of the UK, but their Corporate team is especially well-regarded in Scotland. With rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, they seek to add a skilled senior corporate Solicitor to bolster their expanding Edinburgh-based practice. This opportunity is well-suited to a corporate lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm, noted for its impressive array of clients and regular awards. You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing local and national client relationships, and promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe. You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors across the complete spectrum of corporate services.
