Corporate Systems Analyst
**Chief Operating Office - Information & Communications Technology Services**
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Information and Communications Technology team.
As a Corporate System Analyst - Finance, you will be responsible for providing technical business analysis and support services for Council's corporate applications, specialising in the Finance system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Finance system administration, audit and review, management reporting, and improvement implementation, user setup, creation of reports (Crystal and XLOne), and system enhancement.
* Liaise with business areas to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented within the corporate finance system.
* Work collaboratively with Chief Financial Office staff on the implementation of new system configurations, modules, and upgrades.
* Investigating, coordinating, and implementing new and/or improved corporate system functionality across the organisation.
* Manage operational/service-related complaints and issues effectively to ensure prompt identification and appropriate action.
* Provide assistance to finance system users, including training and system documentation.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role such as a Bachelor of Accounting or Information Systems or relevant experience.
* Three (3) to five (5) years demonstrated work experience with an emphasis on systems administration.
* High level proficiency in the administration and development of finance software packages and related systems.
* High level time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to work well within a team.
