Responsibilities:
- Own full recruitment life cycle from JD creation to sourcing till offer majorly for tech roles
- Could leverage various sourcing channels such as job portals, personal network, referrals, and agencies to ensure healthy pipeline balancing costs.
- Involve in mass hiring and lateral hiring.
- Understands talent/workforce needs, market gaps/ need gaps to develop innovative recruitment practices which can lead to improvement in talent acquisition and engagement during the hiring process.
- Ensures data is reported in a timely and accurate manner and derive insights from data for process improvements
- Willing to take up additional projects in the area of talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate experience etc.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
