Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer who specializes in cutting-edge technologies including Databricks, AI Development, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Open Source LLMs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure OpenAI and will be able to deliver comprehensive training sessions to corporate clients across the globe.
The trainer will work with a diverse range of learners, from AI developers to AI consultants, helping them develop practical skills to implement and work with Generative AI technologies. A key requirement of the role includes global travel and working in rotational shifts to accommodate international clients in various time zones.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculam, and practical exercises related to Databricks, AI Development, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Open Source LLMs..
• Ensure training content aligns with the latest advancements, including models like Bard and ChatGPT from Hugging Face.
• Conduct training sessions to educate learners on Generative AI concepts and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
Qualifications:
• Experience of minimum 2 years in relevant domain.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or technical trainer in AI, Machine Learning, Databricks, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Open Source LLMs, and Generative AI tools and frameworks.
• Prior experience working with AI Developers and AI Consultants, with a focus on practical, real-world applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible manner.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally and work flexible hours in a rotational shift environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies (Databricks, AI, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Bard, and other generative AI technologies.
