Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs on Microsoft technologies.
Create and update training materials including presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments.
Conduct technical workshops, hands-on labs, and certification-oriented training sessions.
Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning progress and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Microsoft Technology Instructor.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps)
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory / Entra ID
Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
.NET, C#, Visual Studio, or related development tools
Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.
Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $4,200.00 per month
