The candidate should be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Speaking Mandarin fluently is beneficial. Some meaningful experience in corporate and commercial law or immigration law is required.
The candidate should have strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to manage a team and take on leadership roles.
