THRM is Hiring EVENT Manager for one of its sister concern ROK Media Enterprises.JD-: Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectivesCome up with suggestions to enhance the events successPrepare budgets and ensure adherenceSource and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, sponsors and participants.Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)Coordinate all operationsLead promotional activities for the eventSupervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)Approve all aspects before the day of the eventEnsure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occurAnalyze the events success and prepare reportscorporate to social events, sports to educational events, Talk shows to Awards Events etc are the nature of events.Requirements and skillsProven experience as event managerSkilled in project managementKnowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event managementComputer savvy; proficient in MS OfficeOutstanding communication and negotiation abilityExcellent organizational skillsA knack for problem-solvingCustomer-service orientationA team player with leadership skillsExperience in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management or Related field is Preferred.owning a two wheeler/ four wheeler is an added advantage.Must have own laptop/TAB.Immediate joiner is preferred.
