Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through event sales and fostering relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to event execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
