Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop processes/workflows for gathering data and produce reports with strong controls and accurate analytics
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive reporting
• Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data
• Adapt quickly to any changes required in the reporting process
• Monitor data quality controls associated with the inputs and outputs from the risk systems
• Document instructions and details concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports
Qualifications:
• Quantitative and analytical skills with ability to understand new analytical concepts
• Bachelor s Degree in IT, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working within a team environment and communicating across multiple teams
• Leadership presence capable of effective messaging to colleagues, auditors, and management
• Ability to work on multiple priorities at the same time within tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
• 3-4 years of financial services experience with risk and/or reporting is a plus
• Tableau and Alteryx knowledge is preferred but not required
