• 2 years of relevant experience
• Should be Client Service oriented
• Good Written & Verbal communication as the associates will be part of the calls with the end client and BU every week, and they will be expected to speak for their respective areas.
• Excellent analytical & decision making skills
• Night Shift - Should be able to work in late shifts such as +PM-5AM or 10PM-6AM IST Shifts
• Flexibility - Should be flexible with shifts especially on payroll days as the days could be longer depending on the client payroll.

Qualification: BCOM/MCOM or any Non-Tech graduate
