Job Description
Builds relationships of trust, respect and partnership with client contacts by providing World Class Service • Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and escalate to Team Leader PR, Payroll Supervisor or Manager • Knows significant details of the SLAs and Statement of Work (SOW) SOW and executes to meet their requirements. • Develops and maintains awareness of SAS70 and accountable for compliance at each task performed. • Payroll Processing: Setup for New Cycle, Manual HR Data Entry Manual Pay Data Entry • Participates in any special projects for the client and supports the payroll lead, may be expected to contribute in a group level project • Partners with other India/BU team members for task completions • Attends Process Knowledge test & refresher trainings • Adherence to all ADP India Policy • Expected to use all the tools & systems provided by business to track & measure performance ##LI-DNI
Excellent communication skills. Good performance track record. Flexible for any shifts including India Day & Night shift. Payroll experience preferred (US). Should be able to support the business during peak seasons.
