Job Requirement:
• Create Distribution infrastructure/Network (SS/Distributors) in the State/Region for launching new Brand on Terms and Conditions decided by management.
• To Create, establish and achieve Sales & Distribution objectives in terms of Coverage, P&L, Volume, Visibility/Placement in assigned Region.
• Responsible for the overall Volume / Value/Collection Target for the assigned Region.
• Recruiting, Training & Managing a team of Sales Officers/TSI.
• Splitting Objectives into Monthly/ Weekly/Daily basis and Review of each Team Member and helping them with the action plan to achieve desired objective.
• Appointing Distributors as per requirement to ensure visibility and penetration in the market.
• Ensure Primary and Secondary/ Placement Targets in assigned Territory.
• Monitoring individual SO/ TSI performance on Daily/weekly basis and helping them achieve their target.
• Keeping Close Relations with Distributors and Retailers.
• Keeps management informed by timely submission of MIS reports
Requirements:
• Should have a minimum 2 years of experience in colour cosmetics
• Should have good communication skills.
• should have a proven sales record in the same field
