Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover a wide range of cosmetology topics including hair coloring, hair styling.
Teach students about advanced techniques such as braiding.
Provide practical demonstrations
Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance educational offerings and support student success.
Experience
Proven experience in cosmetology with a strong understanding of anatomy knowledge related to beauty treatments.
Previous teaching or adult education experience is preferred, along with demonstrated classroom experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
