About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role develops and maintains cost reporting for all Outer Harbour major maintenance tasks. Working closely with Fremantle Ports’ finance department, this position will help with monthly cost reporting and forecasting of the approved budget.
Key duties include:
Perform analysis of maintenance budget and forecast against actuals.
Coordinate the asset maintenance forecasting process and meeting with supervisors.
Undertake periodic project control support including project budget reporting, variations and cost reconciliation.
Administer the Maintenance Management System (MMS) reviewing all Planned Maintenance (PM).
Monitor purchase requisition commitments on a monthly basis to ensure commitments are reported as budgeted.
Skills & Experience
Degree in accounting or finance (preferred) or proven financial background.
Minimum 5 years of similar experience in relevant industry.
Experience in data management and data analysis.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations.
Computer skills and experience with CMMS software.
Excellent communication skills.
