Within transformation there is a large programme of work to improve ways of working for the business management community which includes provides better tooling to support workforce forecasting. As part of that there is a two step approach to launch an interim and a strategic solution to support forecasting. This role will assist in designing, developing, building and implementing this specific initiative prior to the strategic solution in 2026. What will you be doing The role for will be responsible for: Building part of the interim solution, either supporting SQL DM build or the front end capabilities for input or output Supporting the Transformation tooling lead with key project management deliverables Support engagement with BX to understand detailed requirements for strategic solution - People, Process, Technology Ensure the stakeholder requirements are recognised and incorporated Facilitate agreement of requirements/design and sign-offs with relevant stakeholders Work with Tech to translate business requirements for the strategic solution Assist in creation of communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders Assist with testing to write test scripts Set up key project meetings, workshops and working groups as required. Engaging with subject matter expertsto get guidance and support What we're looking for: Strong data manipulation and analytical skills including Excel Technical skills with a vast experience using Alteryx, VBA, SQL Database Strong Power-point skills, with the ability to produce presentations Demonstrate a range of styles and techniques in collaboration and communication with a broad set of stakeholders Experience in project and program planning and support The successful candidate will possess a track record working on a variety of relevant projects, preferably with successful delivery Proven ability to provide solutions to complex problems Skills that will help you in the role: Teamwork and interpersonal skills Where will you be working Pune Be More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more - a
